Welcome signs are either selling out everywhere at the moment or are too pricey, why not make your own? That’s exactly what Norma Jean Sultan did. She went out and bought an old frame and transformed the item by turning it into her own custom DIY “welcome” sign. The Navy blue background with the gold accents and white lettering really pull this whole sign together beautifully.
Norma said that this do it yourself project took her only three hours. She has also said that her plan is to purchase cheap items and bring them to life. If you ask me, that’s exactly what she did here and I can’t wait to see some of her other finished DIY projects in the future.
I truly love the idea of making it yourself because it’s original. No one else is going to have that exact item that you made yourself. Spicing it up by adding on your own style to it makes it worth so much more.
